Booking and Deposit:
To ensure that you secure your reservation during the busy holiday season, we kindly request a 30% deposit for all bookings made during the following periods:
- August Bank Holiday Weekends:
- Christmas and New Year Period:
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total bill.
Please note that you will need to provide food for your dog for the entire duration of their stay.
Towel Request:
We appreciate that the British weather can be quite unpredictable, even during the summer months. Therefore, to enhance comfort during your dog's stay, we recommend packing a towel for your visit. However, if you prefer not to carry one with you, we will be happy to provide you with a complimentary towel upon your arrival.

What You Need to Know 🐶
A booking shall be made after completion of our booking form.
The booking form is detailed so please take the time to be as thorough as you can. We will need to have a copy of your vacination cards, flea and worming details and proof of dog insurance.
We can not accept a booking until the booking form has been completed, this includes our Terms and Conditions, the Veterinary Release Form, and the Owners Consent Forms, so please read carefully and let us know if you need further information.
For new Clients, a consultation and temperament test will be required, this is done by ourselves when we meet and greet your dog and yourself.
Stays over 3 days are required to have an overnight trial,
we dont allow any dogs to sleep in our bedroom or upstairs, so bear this in mind; you may want to start training your dog to sleep away from you, or consider crate training prior to your overnight trial.
We will also need an emergency contact to collect your dog in the event of an incident, sickness, or injury.
Bookings may be accepted up to 24 hours before a stay.
Payment in full will be required prior to your dogs stay, in accordance with the price quoted.
What We Require From You & Your Furry Friend 🐩
- Your dog needs to be socalised & friendly with other dogs.
- Your dog needs to be vaccinated, clean, and up to date with flea and worm treatments
- You will need to bring their favourite treats and food as well as their favourite toys
- You will need to bring your dog's blankets, bed, or crate.
We kindly request that only neutered dogs be accommodated at The Willows Home Boarding.
